With so many anti aging devices on the market, and the heavy influence of well crafted social media ads, it’s so hard to know which devices are worth investing in. In this post I’ll share how I make decisions regarding which products to purchase. In full disclosure, some of the products I have used are sent to me for review; I’ll always disclose to you which products those are. Most of the products I’ve listed as my favorite products in this video are those that I’ve purchased myself. (watch video below)
“How do I decide? Before falling prey to clever advertising, I always look at the science. Does this make sense from a science standpoint? Does this modality have any data that proves it’s efficacy?”
How do I decide? Before falling prey to clever advertising, I always look at the science. Does this make sense from a science standpoint? Does this modality have any data that proves it’s efficacy? At what strength does this treatment actually work and is the at home version just a waste of my money? I also like to read the reviews thoroughly, but always keep in mind that there are dishonest vendors that fabricate reviews or pay for positive reviews. I rely more on my own research of the specifications of the device than reviews.
Something to keep in mind about at home facial rejuvenation devices is that almost all require consistency over a relatively long period of time to show results. This isn’t a bad thing, but it does require commitment. As much as I’d like to have a quick fix for so many things in my life, the best way to success is through consistency.
