Those of you who have been in the DIY community for some time may already be using threads to restore lost volume in lips due to age, or as a tool to balance lip asymmetry. Threads are a wonderful resource for DIYers and an important tool in my anti-aging arsenal. They are relatively easy to use, and so much safer than filler. With patience, thread lifting yields impressive results at a fraction of the cost of in office visits. To date I’ve saved over $10,000 on DIY threads.

This isn’t to say that I don’t still use Filler; I love what Tessoro Sub Q has done for my high lateral cheeks. Threads just can’t create the cheek contour the way that filler can. However, threads are a great way to dip your toes into DIY facial rejuvenation. I hope this thread video series helps.
