It was a few years ago that I discovered the benefits of Red LED light and near infra red light for facial rejuvenation and anti aging. The first mask I purchased was a hard plastic mask from Amazon. At the time, I was skeptical of red light therapy and really wanted to save a few hundred dollars over the higher priced masks I had researched. Although I was extremely excited when I received my first mask and used it religiously, it was uncomfortable and I didn’t really see the results I was hoping for. With consistency came results. Red LED is a ritual for me and a part of my anti aging routine that I’ll continue.
