Marionette lines are one of the complaints I hear about most from women as they age. I definitely started to notice this more after the age of 40. I’ve experimented with both filler and threads to treat this area, and definitely prefer the ease and safety of threads in this area.

The beautiful thing about threads is the ability to produce natural collagen in the areas that have lost collagen due to age. Threads are really quite easy to do, once you get the hand of it.

Although Mono threads are a great place to start, screw threads give a bit more volume in the areas that need it; in my case, the marionette folds need some extra volume.
